SELLING POLICY
We offer a full refund if the customer is not happy with the item. To return or refund and item you will have to fill out the refund|returns form on the return page found at the bottom of every page of our site. The item must be sent back to us in its original packaging and in the condition that the item was received. Once your item has been returned you will receive a full refund of your product and postage cost.
We will ask you when we need information the personally identifies you (personal information) which will allow us to contact you. We highly recommend creating an account with us so that you can store and update your information as and when you want which will also allow for an easier checkout process. Please note we can not see your banking information as this is private and confidential.
CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
All shipments outside of the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
